Barry Ross Appointed as VP of Business Development for Santal Solutions, LLC
Neenah, WI – August 12, 2009 – Santal Solutions LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Barry Ross as VP of Business Development. Barry will oversee all global business development for the sales and distribution of Santal Solutions’ all-natural dietary health supplements.
Barry Ross has over 30-years of experience in mass retail merchandising and has had exceptional success building sales organizations, developing broker networks, increasing market penetration, and opening new channels and classes of trade. Barry has opened international accounts in Canada, Mexico, Latin America, South America, Europe, and Asia, and he personally sold to and managed major accounts for mass distribution including Stop n Shop, Wal-Mart, Walgreen’s, CVS, Rite Aid, GNC, Tree of Life, U.N.F.I., Sam’s Club, Cosco, on Stores, Spartan Stores, ShopKo, Duane Reade, McKesson, Cardinal Health, and Target.
Barry was the President and founder of Solaris Marketing Group, which developed Hulk Hogan Children’s Vitamins and grew the company from original concept to over $10 million in sales its first year in operation. Barry also created the World Gym nutritionals under a licensing agreement with Arnold Schwarzenegger when Arnold headed World Gym Corporate. Barry has held positions at prominent companies including National Sales and Marketing Manager, EVP, VP of Sales and Marketing, National Sales Manager, and President and Founder, within companies such as Remington Health and Nx Nutraceticals.
